CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice via email.

2. Refund Policy

  • Payments made for completed work are non-refundable
  • Monthly services (SEO, ads, etc.) are non-refundable once the work has started
  • If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial refund may be issued

3. Advance Payments

Advance payments secure project slots and are generally non-refundable.

4. Project-Based Work

For one-time services:

  • Refunds depend on the stage of completion
  • Work already delivered will be billed accordingly

5. Delays from Client Side

If delays occur due to lack of client input, refunds will not be applicable.

6. Termination by Company

Magic Clickz reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of:

  • Policy violations
  • Misuse of services
  • Non-payment
